Cancellations

All Group & Bachelorette Private Tours can be cancelled 3 weeks (21 days) prior to tour date without penalty.
Reservations cancelled within 8-21 days of tour date will be billed 100% of the tour cost with a credit to the group in the amount of half of the tour cost. This credit can be used for a future tour.
Reservations cancelled within 7 days of tour date will be billed 100% of tour cost. No credit offered.

All vouhers are redeemed by merchant shorlty after your tour date is booked
Outstanding HST owing on the cost of your voucher is billed by Niagara Fun Tours shortly after your booking is made
Vouchers cannot be un-redeemed at this point and HST is not refunded
Cancellations received more than seven (7) days priot to tour date allows guests to rebook a future available tour date at no extra cost
Cancellations received within seven (7) days of tour date can rebook a future tour date, at a rebooking fee of $40.00 CDN (HST) per person

Bookings made with credit card or by e-transfer can cancel up until three weeks (21 days) prior to tour date without penalty
Cancellations made 8-20 days or less prior to tour date will not be refunded & guests can rebook a future tour date without penalty
Late cancellations made 7 days or less prior to tour date will not be refunded and guests can rebook a future date at the rebooking fee of $40.00 per person (+HST)
