No credit card is required at point of booking, but we do require card information on file to retain booking through tour date. No deposit is billed and we charge full tour amount within 14 days of tour date.
Private Tour Packages can be cancelled without penalty up to 3 weeks prior to tour date:
- 50% total tour fee billed if tour is cancelled between 7-20 days of tour date
- 100% total tour fee billed if tour is cancelled within 7 days of tour date
